How to get your lagging chest better ? How to make it grow? The key point here is to learn how to push the weight with your pectorals and not your shoulders and triceps. The exercises I give you in this program and explanations to them are going to help you with that.

In terms of structure, you will get a 6 week mesocycle consisting of 3 micro-cycles, where each micro-cycle is 2 weeks. Ideally, you are going to train 3 times a week. When life throws you a curveball, it's okay to move your workout for the next day but make sure you still follow the sequence later.
